Dicha libertad se antepone no solo a Muamar el Gadafi sino tambi\u00e9n a la intervenci\u00f3n de la comunidad internacional y a la OTAN con la intenci\u00f3n de establecer un espacio a\u00e9reo controlado sobre el territorio libio.
