More participatory, flexible and distributed structures are needed to address and reduce this uncertainty and complexity. This new form of governance in- volves changes in the Strategic Planning process to meet the new situation. A new agile, collaborative, integrated, and automated architecture of a Multi-Agent Strategic Planning System is presented.
