An\u00e1lisis del proceso de internacionalizaci\u00f3n de Sadyt.<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/h1>\n

Resumen:<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/h1>\n

<\/strong>En este trabajo se pretende explicar el proceso de internacionalizaci\u00f3n de Sadyt. Esta empresa perteneciente al grupo Sacyr de Vallehermoso se ha expandido en los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os hacia mercados como el de Argelia, T\u00fanez o Australia. El caso de Sadyt no es aislado, est\u00e1n inmersos en un proceso de internacionalizaci\u00f3n similar como pueda ser Acciona, Tedagua o IDE. Tanto el modo de entrada en Argelia como en T\u00fanez, ha sido mediante acuerdos contractuales, ning\u00fan gobierno quiere dejar el agua en manos del sector privado sin ejercer alg\u00fan tipo de control. Hay diversas teor\u00edas que explican la estrategia de internacionalizaci\u00f3n de Sadyt, como el modelo de Vernon, la teor\u00eda de Hymer, la teor\u00eda de Johnson, la teor\u00eda de Caves y la teor\u00eda del comportamiento oligop\u00f3lico. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Abstract:<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

In this work we try to explain the internationalization process of Sadyt. This company of the group Sacyr Vallehermoso has been expanding during the last years to the markets of Algeria, Tunisia and Australia. The case of Sadyt is not an isolated phenomenon, because it has competitors who are immersed in a similar internationalization process like Acciona, Tedagua or IDE.contractual agreement have allowed the introduction in Argelia and Tunisia. The government doesn\u2019t want to leave water into private management without any type of control. There are several theories that explain the internationalization strategy of Sadyt, like the model of Vernon, the theory of Hymer, the theory of Johnson, the theory of Caves and the theory of the oligopolical behavior.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
