En el art\u00edculo\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.oregonlive.com\/health\/index.ssf\/2013\/12\/oregon_health_exchange_technol.html\">Oregon health exchange technology troubles run deep due to mismanagement, early decisions<\/a> podemos leer que se han gastado unos cuantos millones de d\u00f3lares y el sistema no funciona.<\/p>\n<p>Ojo a lo que cobran los analistas\/consultores de Oracle:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>In November &#8212; a full month after missing the exchange&#8217;s Oct. 1 launch date &#8212; Oracle executives reassured Oregon it was sending in some of the company&#8217;s brightest stars to rescue the glitch-plagued exchange.<\/p>\n<p>State officials were less than impressed. They&#8217;d heard it before.<\/p>\n<p>It was the third promise from Oracle in five months that it would fix the problems with an infusion of new talent.
