*1912 <\/u><\/strong>es el a\u00f1o,\u00a0 en el que se aprueba la nueva ley de reclutamiento y reemplazo que establece la obligatoriedad del servicio militar, prohibiendo pagar al Estado o a otra persona para que realice el servicio militar por el mozo que esta en condiciones de cumplir con el servicio militar. Pero se establece la formula de cuotas, con la que en funci\u00f3n de precio que aportabas pod\u00edas reducir los a\u00f1os en el servicio.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n
