After my recent and very rewarding experience lived this last week joining some business meetings in some EU cities, I completely agree with my previous “will with leadership passion” (in Spanish), and my total happiness feeling with my self-actualisation level after doing internal feedback.
But, reading recently this from E. Punset (in Spanish too), and remembering to Lynda Gratton, and her singular book “Future of work” (available in Spanish edition), and their common reflections with D. Goleman (social intelligence), Eduald Carbonell (in Spanish too), and “why nations fail” by Acemoglu & Robinson, and Taleb (and his black swan theory), it is important to stimulate and give support to next generations (our children, students, junior colleagues, and customers) to explore some uncomfortable initiatives, with a preliminary analysis of the provided impact, both positive and negative, in front of new and fast variable challenges we will live globally, and at multiple levels, for next years and decades.
