“Almendras Garrapiñadas”

 

-Ingredientes:

  1. vaso de azúcar

2)vaso de agua

3)zumo de limón

4)1 vaso de almendras sin piel

-Elaboración:

Se pone al fuego el vaso de agua con un chorrito de limón y el azúcar. Se deja hasta que rompa el hervor. Se deja hervir a fuego lento cinco o seis minutos.

A continuación se añaden las almendras y se va dando vueltas con una cuchara de madera sin parar. El azúcar poco a poco se irá poniendo tostado, el fuego debe ser lento para que no se quemen las almendras. El azúcar pasara por sus distintas fases hasta que cristaliza sobre las almendras.

Se engrasa una superficie y se echan sobre ella hasta que enfríen.
