Trocear las alcachofas, un pimiento y la carne. El otro pimiento lo cortaremos a tiras para luego adornar la paella.
En una paella poner el aceite a calentar, agregar la carne y sofreír. Añadir las verduras, los garbanzos y las sepias y sofreír bien. Poner el arroz y sofreír.
A continuación incorporar aproximadamente 1 litro de caldo de pescado. Remover y dejar cocer durante unos 20 minutos.
